My high-performance mindset has been consistently demonstrated throughout my life. Whether through achieving professional milestones—such as driving significant increases in employee engagement, productivity, and retention—or excelling in athletics and academics, I’ve always aimed for excellence. My background as an NCAA Academic All-American, breaking multiple track and field records, reflects my commitment to pushing boundaries. Similarly, in my professional career, I continue to leverage this mindset to create impactful, results-oriented strategies that foster growth, efficiency, and success across organizations.

As a coach and certified mediator, I excel at navigating complex challenges and fostering collaboration across teams. My background in psychology helps me understand the human side of organizational change, ensuring strategies are both effective and sustainable.

 

An avid learner and dual citizen of the US and Ireland, I bring a global perspective to my work. I’ve had the privilege of working with international teams and clients in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, which has enriched my ability to adapt and drive results across diverse business environments. My love for travel and experiencing new cultures further enhances my approach to working with teams from all over the world.
